Welcome to Keno (“Keno,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a personal journaling application designed to help users document meaningful objects and moments through images and written reflections. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Keno app and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using Keno, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
Keno is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who do not meet these requirements.
Keno provides a structured yet personal space for recording memories tied to physical objects. Through the Service, users can:
• Upload photos of meaningful items
• Assign names and write descriptive journal entries
• Create individual “memory records” that combine visual and written elements
• Browse previously created entries in a chronological archive
The Service is intended for personal reflection and memory preservation.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, and store within Keno. By using the Service, you agree to:
• Use only content that you have the right to use
• Ensure your entries do not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Refrain from uploading harmful, offensive, or misleading material
You must not attempt to misuse or disrupt the Service.
4. Content Ownership and Usage
All photos, names, and written entries you create remain your property.
By using Keno, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and store your content solely for the purpose of:
• Displaying your journal entries within the app
• Supporting browsing and archive functionality
We do not claim ownership over your personal entries.
Keno stores your entries to allow ongoing access to your journal history. You are responsible for managing and maintaining your content, including saving or exporting it if needed.
We aim to minimize data handling and focus only on what is necessary to provide the Service.
All rights related to Keno’s design, structure, and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors.
You may not:
• Copy or redistribute the Service
• Modify or create derivative works based on the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access underlying systems
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Keno is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding:
• Long-term availability of stored entries
• Suitability of the Service for specific personal needs
• Continuous access without interruptions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keno shall not be liable for:
• Loss of personal journal entries or images
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Any outcomes resulting from use of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate this Agreement
• Your use of the Service is deemed inappropriate or unlawful
You may stop using Keno at any time.
We may revise this Agreement periodically. Continued use of Keno after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
